S/he administers an activities budget and sends financial reports regularly to the Associate Director for Finance and Operations. S/he also sends a semester report at the end of each semester with photos of the activities and syllabus. In coordination with the Associate Director for Finance and Operations, s/he manages classroom reservation, bill payments on behalf of Boston College France Association, and conducts search for the intern. S/he will start preparing the following semester students’ arrival. S/he will book the upcoming summer programs dorms and classrooms.

The Resident Director reports to OIP’s Director. Additionally, s/he works closely with the Associate Director for Finance & Operations, as well the Program Manager for France.
