Missions et activités du poste / responsabilité/Job Responsibilities
• Develop and carry out recruitment strategy to increase student enrollment in Undergraduate and Graduate programs:

  • plan recruitment travel;
  • schedule individual high school visits
  • participate in university fairs abroad
  • seek out, develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors and educational agencies to expand international recruitment network

• Accompany prospective students from inquiry to deposit stage to ensure maximum enrollment:

  • conduct school tours,
  • lead information sessions,
  • review portfolios,
  • conduct candidate interviews,
  • review candidate files and
  • participate in admissions decision meetings
  • find new partners
  • manage agreement negotiations until signature
  • follow-up with information, sending materials, answering inquiries by email,
  • manage student applications

• Oversee the outbound study abroad for PCA degree candidates:

  • run info sessions,
  • distribute and receive forms and application materials,
  • answer student inquiries by email, phone and in the office,
  • advise students about courses and programs at partner universities.
  • oversee aspects of student life for visiting students, including student activities,
  • housing, orientation sessions, and end of semester events.

• Respond to telephone and email inquiries for information on the school and
admissions processes, meet with prospective students and conduct school tours and
review portfolios.
• Maintain and process data in student information system.
• Participate in admissions committee decision meetings.
• Assist in the organization and implementation on-campus events.
• Conduct regular email communications to promote campus Admissions events
and guide students through the application process.
• Create biannual newsletters for partner and participating home institutions.
• Write and edit news articles for the website to link to the newsletter.

Compétences et qualités requises/Required Skills
 Bachelor's degree; education and/or practical experience in art & design.
 An interest in working on a team to promote Paris College of Art.
 Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French preferred but
not required.
 Knowledge of the American educational system.
 Solid computer skills including experience with Word and Excel and database
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
This position reports to the Executive Director of Admissions and Communications.
Formation exigée/Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree; education and/or practical experience in art & design.
