Le Vassar-Wesleyan Program in Paris, programme d’échange universitaire entre la France et les Etats-Unis géré conjointement par Vassar College (New York) et Wesleyan University (Connecticut), est un programme d’immersion complète en France.

Le Vassar-Wesleyan Program in Paris recrute un·e assistant·e du programme pour aider avec un surcroît d'étudiants attendu exceptionnellement en 2018-2019. Cette employé·e administratif.ve sera de langue maternelle française et parlera couramment anglais. La personne retenue devra avoir un sens de l’organisation développé et démontrer une grande attention aux détails. Poste idéal pour une personne qui apprécie le contact avec les étudiants étrangers dans le cadre d’un échange universitaire à Paris.

Job Responsibilities:

- Student residence housing and hotel stay coordination and associated responsibilities
- Working with budgets, invoices and accounts
- Front office information - provide informed advice about Paris for visiting academics and students
- Arrivals and general orientation and associated materials and duties
- Organization of in-house evening and cultural activities
- Assistance with ACCENT information and communication portal
- Supporting social media management
- Upkeep of Study Center supplies and equipment
